Events

These Terms and Conditions govern the participation in wine events organized by J & H Farm and Winery. By purchasing a ticket or attending the event, you agree to comply with these terms.

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to participate in wine tastings and make purchases. Valid identification will be required at the time of purchase.
• Event Changes: J & H Farm and Winery reserves the right to change the date, time, location or format of the event. Attendees will be notified of any significant changes.
• Health and Safety: Attendees are expected to adhere to all health and safety guidelines in place at the time if the event. J & H Farm and Winery reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
• Photography and Media: J & H Farm and Winery may take photographs or videos during the event for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us beforehand.
• Code of conduct: Attendees are expected to behave in a respectful manner. Any form of harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal form the event.
